Processing and Production Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days and require 1 additional business day for production before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary based on your location and USPS delivery schedules.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to ensure accurate delivery.

All of our shirts are unisex, which means they offer a relaxed, comfy fit for everyone. For women, this usually means the shirts run slightly looser than typical women’s sizing.

Sizing Tips for Women:

For a fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size from your usual women’s size.

(Ex: If you usually wear a Medium in women’s, order a Small.)

For a relaxed or oversized fit, stick with your regular size or size up for that extra cozy feel.

(Perfect for tucking, knotting, or layering!)

14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All tags must still be attached.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value, based on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible if you choose the incorrect size. Please see sizing chart information.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale or custom items.

All sales are final on digital products (eBooks, downloads, templates, etc.).

Physical Products:

Refunds are available for eligible physical items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags and papackaging
• Free of damage or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (the card used during checkout). Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

After 14 days, all sales on physical items are considered final.

Digital Products:

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content (such as eBooks, templates, and downloads), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on these items.
